Terms and Conditions of CANADIAN DAY TRIPPERS:

RESERVATIONS:

Bookings made through the Canadian Day Trippers website must be paid for by CREDITCARD VISA, MASTERCARD or DEBIT CARD to complete the reservation process.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

Once a booking is made, all payments received are non-refundable, unless Canadian Day Trippers is canceling the trip. Then all bookings for that scheduled trip will be fully refunded. Name substitutions are allowed, only on prior arrangement with our Reservations staff.

PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PASSENGERS:

We welcome all to travel with us, for your comfort and safety you must have a capable travelling companion to assist you at all times. The office must be notified of any disabilities when reservations are made, as some tours may present difficulties for the physically challenged. It is the responsibility of users of walkers or wheelchairs to have with them an able-bodied assistant to stow the unit on the motor coaches.
Portable oxygen is allowed only in small carry-on containers and must be carefully secured in an upright position in hand luggage.

SMOKING:

Smoking is not permitted on the coach.

CURRENCY:

All prices shown are in Canadian funds, and include HST where applicable. Although it is not anticipated, prices are subject to change.

GRATUITIES:

When meals are included in the tour price, gratuities are also included. When buying meals on tour, or showing your appreciation to the bus driver, group guide, or restaurant staff please if you are able, please leave a gratuity that you feel is suitable. Good restaurant stops can be hard to keep if tour groups do not show appreciation for the service and effort put forth by the staff.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

If the day trip is travelling outside Canada, we highly recommend the purchase of Health emergency travel insurance.

PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP:

For tours into the U.S., a valid passport with an expiry date no earlier than 6-months after departure is required for crossing the border. If you are not a Canadian citizen, please the office.

PUBLICATION ERRORS:

Although great care is taken in the production of this catalogue, typographical, illustrative or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

PRIVACY POLICY:

At Canadian Day Trippers, your privacy is important to us. Any personal information that we request from you is used by us to organize your travel plans with our tour suppliers. We do not sell, or do we give away your postal or email address to anyone for any other purpose. By traveling on one of our tours, or upon requesting information from us in the mail, you are authorizing us to send periodic information to you on up-coming tours or promotions by post or email. If you prefer not to receive periodic information from us on our upcoming tours, please “contact us”.
